This 2 bedroom beach front penthouse is located at Fishermen’s Village in the most exclusive neighbourhood of Playa del Carmen: Playacar Fase 1.

There are very few truly ocean front condos in Playa del Carmen – this is one of them.

6 people can be accommodated in the condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has got 2 full-size beds. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and there’s an additional half-bathroom next to the living room. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a full-size bed.

The newly renovated kitchen of the condo is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and a dishwasher.

Wifi and a TV with Netflix are available at the condo.

Enjoy bathing at the sea in the shallow waters by the most beautiful beach in Playa del Carmen right in front of the hotel. The beach in front of the hotel gets cleaned 6 days per week. The ferry to Cozumel is just 10 minutes by foot at the beach, and the famous 5a Avenida with a vast variety of restaurants and shops is located at just 15 minutes walking distance.

The gym with spectacular views of the Caribbean is a good motivation to stay fit during the holidays. A spa and a restaurant are also available.

Kayaking, sailing, paddle board, beach volleyball, pool volleyball, cooking lessons, yoga and biking are some of the activities offered.

The 18 Hole Hard Rock Golf Course in Playacar is located 15 minutes by foot from the condo. It was designed by Robert von Hagge and it offers food and beverage with the green fees.. Please check the current rates directly with the Golf Course. A golf club set for men and one for women is available at the condo.

Other attractions within Playacar include the bird aviary and some small Mayan ruins – all within walking distance.
